Four people, including a mother and son, lost their lives in a heartbreaking road accident in Balod district. The incident occurred in the village of Khapparwada under the Gunderdehi police station area.
The Saluja family had completed their work in Raipur and were on their way back to their home in Balod by car when a truck carrying raw iron mines collided with their vehicle. The collision resulted in the deaths of Simran Kaur, the wife of the family, her son Rajveer Saluja, and the car’s driver, as well as another person. All four of them died on the spot.
The car belonged to a travel agency named Rahul Company, which had rented it from Raipur to Balod. The incident has left the entire area in shock and mourning. The police have initiated an investigation into the accident to determine the exact cause of the collision.
