State BJP President and Bilaspur MP Arun Sao has launched a scathing attack on the Congress party, asserting that even before the commencement of the Parivartan Yatra, Congress finds itself in a precarious position, devoid of direction and credibility. Sao proclaimed that Congress is gasping for relevance and must be held accountable for its actions over the past five years in Chhattisgarh. He maintained that the public’s inquiries must be addressed, condemning what he believes are unfounded allegations against the BJP during the Parivartan Yatra. According to Sao, Congress has forfeited its right to question others.
Arun Sao, the State BJP President, has posed 16 probing questions in response to eight inquiries raised by Congress, challenging the opposition party to provide meaningful answers. The BJP President’s questions aim to shed light on critical issues plaguing Chhattisgarh, and he demands accountability from the Congress.
The sixteen questions posed by Arun Sao are as follows:
- Why did Rahul Gandhi absolve the Naxalites responsible for the Jheeram massacre? Is there a hidden agreement at play?
- Why is Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel withholding crucial evidence related to Jheeram? Is this evidence under Rahul’s directive or the result of a deal with Naxalites?
- What prompted the concealment of evidence, and what consequences should befall those responsible for this act?
- Despite Congress’s 5-year tenure in Chhattisgarh and 50 years in the country, why hasn’t the party apologized for making Bastar one of the most deprived regions in the world?
- With 39,000 Chhattisgarhi children perishing due to a lack of medical treatment, particularly in tribal areas like Bastar and Surguja, why is Bhupesh Baghel, along with Congress, avoiding responsibility?
- Why is Congress associated with tendupatta brokers, and why have tribal communities not received their Tendupatta Bonuses?
- What is the motive behind targeting BJP workers for assassination, and why haven’t these perpetrators been apprehended?
- Why has Congress remained silent on the disappearance of over one lakh women in Chhattisgarh?
- In cases of physical exploitation of tribal girls involving Congress members, why has no action been taken against them?
- Atal Bihari Vajpayee established Chhattisgarh to uplift tribals. Why did Congress oppose the formation of the state?
- Why hasn’t Congress apologized to tribals for their exploitation?
- Congress was responsible for the shooting of Bastar Maharaj Praveer Chandra Bhanjdev. Why has Congress not issued an apology?
- Why has Congress rewarded those who canceled tribal reservations?
- By halting district cadre recruitment in Bastar, why has Congress deprived tribals of employment opportunities?
- Why does Congress advocate for Naxalites?
- Despite tribal support in the last assembly elections, why is Congress undermining tribal land and identity from Bastar to Surguja, and what is the intent behind planned conversions?
Arun Sao’s call for transparency and accountability underscores the intensifying political discourse in Chhattisgarh in the run-up to the Parivartan Yatra. The BJP President challenges the Congress to respond substantively to these questions, inviting a more transparent political narrative in the state.
