The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) revealed Bhajanlal Sharma as the next Chief Minister of Rajasthan following his win in the Sanganer assembly seat during the recently concluded elections. Sharma triumphed over Congress’s Pushpendra Bhardwaj, securing a significant victory margin of more than 48,081 votes.
This announcement came from BJP’s Vasundhara Raje, who was also among the contenders for the top post, acknowledging Sharma’s strong mandate.
The list of contenders included prominent names like Gajendra Shekhawat, Mahant Balaknath, Diya Kumari, Anita Bhadel, Manju Baghmar, and Arjun Ram Meghwal, among others.
