The state assembly session, set to begin on December 19, will witness the Protem Speaker administering the oath of office and secrecy to all MLAs. Additionally, the Governor is scheduled to address the House on the same day. Subsequently, the swearing-in ceremony for the cabinet is planned to commence around 7 pm.

Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, alongside Deputy CMs Arun Sao and Vijay Sharma, returned from Delhi on Monday and addressed the media regarding the discussions held in the national capital. Responding to inquiries about the inclusion of new faces in the cabinet, Sai indicated that both fresh and seasoned leaders would find a place in the upcoming cabinet. He hinted at a balanced representation but advised patience for the final reveal.
