Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel met with representatives of the Kabir Vishwa Shanti Mission at his office in the Vidhan Sabha on Tuesday. The delegation was led by parliamentary secretary Kunwar Singh Nishad and included members of the Sant organization. During the meeting, the Chief Minister expressed his gratitude to the delegation for their demand to set up the Kabir Research Institute in Chhattisgarh.
The Kabir Research Institute will feature a museum showcasing the life and teachings of Kabir Sahab, along with a sculpture of the saint. Additionally, the original manuscript of Kabir Sahab’s poetry, Bijak, will be inscribed on a stone slab. The institute will also include a meditation hall, a library, and other facilities.
According to Sant Ravikar, the Kabir Research Institute will be an important center for research on Kabir Sahab’s teachings. The institute will also organize satsangs, and the Kabir Satsang Mela and Yuva Uday program will be held there. In addition, a Kabir column, garden, and lake will be built.
The Sant organization’s president, Shri Ravikar Sahib, and secretary, Sant Ghanashyam Sahib, were present at the meeting, along with other members of the organization. The Chief Minister welcomed the delegation and expressed his desire to work closely with the Sant organization to promote the teachings of Kabir Sahab.
The Kabir Vishwa Shanti Mission is a Sant organization that seeks to promote peace and unity through the teachings of Kabir Sahab, a 15th-century Indian saint and poet. The organization has a large following in Chhattisgarh and other parts of the country.
