The Chief Minister graciously welcomed all the guests to his residence, expressing his heartfelt gratitude for the warmth and affection with which they had welcomed him in their homes. He fondly mentioned having enjoyed various fruits, including tendu, and different vegetables from Surguja and Jashpur.
During the gathering, the Chief Minister took the opportunity to extend his hospitality by inviting everyone to his residence. This occasion was particularly special as it marked the first time that family members and children had accompanied the guests. The Chief Minister warmly welcomed them all.
In a humble gesture, the Chief Minister personally approached the villagers, engaging with them intimately and inquiring about their well-being and families. He made sure to create a comfortable atmosphere, treating everyone as equals.
After seating all the guests, the Chief Minister joined them, standing among them like an ordinary person, fostering a sense of camaraderie and unity.
To delight the guests from Surguja, the Chief Minister served a traditional Chhattisgarhi cuisine that included dishes such as moong dal, rustic bada, kadhi wali bhindi, lauki chana dal, moong bhata aloo, and tomato chutney.
The event was graced by the presence of School Education Minister Dr. Prem Sai Singh Tekam, Parliamentary Secretaries Mrs. Ambika Singhdeo and Dr. Vinay Jaiswal, as well as MLAs Mr. Rampukar Singh, Mr. Khelsai Singh, Mr. Gulab Kamro, and Mr. Parasnath Rajwade.
