The Chhattisgarh Health Federation, which had been on strike across the state since August 21, has decided to postpone their strike following productive discussions with Chief Minister Shri Bhupesh Baghel. In a late evening meeting at the Chief Minister’s residence office, the Federation’s delegation expressed their appreciation for the Chief Minister’s continuous decisions aimed at benefiting both employees and the general public.
During the meeting, the Chhattisgarh Health Federation delegation informed the Chief Minister about their decision to suspend the ongoing strike, citing the positive and employee-centric decisions taken by Mr. Baghel. The delegation also submitted a memorandum outlining various demands, seeking the Chief Minister’s sympathetic consideration.
The delegation consisted of prominent officials from the Chhattisgarh Health Federation, including Mr. Tarjan Gupta, Dr. Iqbal, Dr. Reena Rajput, Mrs. Suman Sharma, Mr. Anshila Bess, Dr. Hirasingh Lodhi, Mr. Bhupendra Soni, and Mrs. Devashree Sao.
This development reflects a commitment to constructive dialogue and the importance of addressing the concerns of employees while ensuring the uninterrupted delivery of essential healthcare services to the people of Chhattisgarh.
