Raipur – The citizens of Raipur are on the verge of receiving a remarkable series of development projects courtesy of Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel. In the next two days, the Chief Minister is expected to present the city with a plethora of new amenities, including a modern tehsil building, an extensive road expansion from Tatyapara to Phool Chowk, and the eagerly awaited International Lawn Tennis Academy.
Today, Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Bhure conducted an onsite inspection of these ambitious development endeavors and issued directives to officials to expedite necessary preparations and arrangements. The Municipal Corporation Commissioner, Shri Mayank Chaturvedi, and representatives from the Public Works Department were also present during this inspection.
The road widening project from Tatyapara to Phool Chowk is projected to cost approximately Rs 136 crore, while the construction of the new Tehsil building is estimated at Rs 11.5 crore. Notably, the construction of an international-level Tennis Academy near the Agricultural University in Raipur has been successfully completed at a cost of approximately Rs 17 crore.
