Controversy over alleged attack on Bihari workers in Tamil Nadu intensifies as YouTuber Manish Kashyap challenges Deputy CM

After an alleged attack on Bihari workers in Tamil Nadu, a political controversy has erupted in Bihar. Politicians from the state have been making statements regarding the incident that the Tamil Nadu government and police have dismissed as fake news from the beginning. Meanwhile, Bihar’s Deputy Chief Minister has also claimed that the news is false. The Bihar police have filed cases against four people, including YouTuber Manish Kashyap, in connection with the Tamil Nadu incident. Following the trending hashtag #ManishKashyap on Twitter after the case was registered, Kashyap posted a video on the social media platform, challenging Bihar’s Deputy CM Tejashwi Yadav. In the video, Kashyap stated that Yadav may be able to order arrests, but he will not be able to fulfill his dream of becoming Chief Minister in 2025. He further said, “He promises, but it will not be fulfilled.” Kashyap then took aim at Yadav, saying, “You were born with a silver spoon in your mouth, while I was born with a steel spoon. Your spoon may be expensive, but strength lies only in the steel spoon.” In the video, Kashyap also stated that the accused in the Tamil Nadu incident did not commit murder and are not fugitives. He challenged Yadav to speak out on the matter when he chooses. The video has gained support from many on Twitter.
