Gauri Khan, the wife of Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and a well-known designer, has been accused of criminal breach of trust in connection to a property purchase in Lucknow’s Sushant Golf City area. The complaint was filed by Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai, who alleges that he paid Rs 86 lakh for a flat in Tulsiyani Golf View, a property endorsed by Gauri Khan. However, despite paying the amount, Shah claims that he never received possession of the flat and that it was given to someone else.
The complaint names Gauri Khan, as well as Anil Kumar Tulsiyani, the Chief Managing Director of Tulsiyani Construction and Development Limited, and Mahesh Tulsiyani, the company’s Director. The complaint has been registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code and an FIR has been filed in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
According to the complainant, he was influenced to purchase the flat by Gauri Khan’s endorsement of the property. However, he alleges that the company failed to deliver on its promise, leading to the legal action.
