In an effort to enhance the mall’s appeal, Mr. Dharmendra Jain and Amit Tilwani announced during a press conference that they sought valuable input from visitors to Raipur City Center regarding desired improvements and additional amenities. Taking cues from metropolitan trends, the mall’s revamp has been tailored to meet the evolving purchasing power and lifestyle preferences of Raipur’s residents, ensuring their every need is met under one roof. With state-of-the-art facilities and world-class offerings, Raipur City Center aims to captivate visitors with its unparalleled appeal.
Let’s delve into some of the mall’s notable features. Spanning an expansive 5.7-acre area, the fully air-conditioned shopping mall is equipped with 13 lifts, 13 escalators, and a travellet, ensuring smooth and convenient movement for shoppers. Other amenities include 100% power backup, an auto fire fighting system, three ground-level entrances, and a spacious parking lot accommodating up to 800 cars. Furthermore, round-the-clock security and housekeeping services ensure a safe and clean environment. The mall’s entrance has been widened and seamlessly connected to all four gates and zones, exuding a fresh and inviting ambiance complemented by extensive landscaping.
Significant expansions have been made to the retail area, with the addition of two new floors—the third and fourth—which have been converted into retail spaces. This expansion not only benefits retailers by providing ample room for business growth but also offers customers a wider range of options. The third and fourth floors now house office and co-working spaces, featuring approximately 80 offices designed to attract corporate houses seeking prime locations. Each floor has been meticulously planned to accommodate specific property zones. The second floor is exclusively dedicated to women and children, the third floor showcases an array of food and beverage outlets and brand stores, while the fourth floor houses game zones and restaurants.
Food enthusiasts are in for a treat, as the newly designed food court on the third floor presents a diverse range of International Quick Service Restaurants (QSRs) such as McDonald’s, KFC, Pizza Hut, Burger King, and Domino’s. Additionally, the food court is perfect for hosting occasions like kitty parties. For those seeking a lively ambiance, the fourth floor boasts a pub called the Gaming Zone Cafe. Moviegoers will be delighted to find PVR on the second floor, now with an entirely revamped look and increased seating capacity.
