Raipur Police made a significant breakthrough in the case of a deadly attack at the Telibandha police station by apprehending three inter-state accused, including the alleged mastermind. The arrests were made following the arrest of Aman Sharma, who was found in possession of crucial firearms linked to the crime scene.
During the arrest of Aman Sharma, the police seized one pistol and a country-made firearm, along with cartridges from his possession. Subsequently, under crime number 788/23 and section 307 of the Indian Penal Code, charges were pressed against Sharma at the Telibandha Raipur police station. Furthermore, offenses under sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act were registered against the accused.
Notably, Sunil Kedia and Santosh Singh, believed to have conspired in the planning of the attack, have also been apprehended. They are currently undergoing legal proceedings, being presented in court as part of the ongoing investigation into the heinous attack on the police station.
